1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 7770pub ("7770pub," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the 7770pub online gaming platform and all associated services accessible at 7770pub.net and any subdomains or applications operated by 7770pub.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the 7770pub platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.1 Account Security

5.1 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your 7770pub PHP balance immediately upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution and may take longer to reflect. 7770pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your 7770pub account at the time of deposit. 7770pub reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice, for regulatory compliance or risk management purposes.

5.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity. 7770pub may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for deposits that exceed defined thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a GCash, PayMaya, or bank account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party payment accounts will be returned to the source, and the associated 7770pub account will be subject to review and possible suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a 7770pub account are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions described below.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6.3 Unclaimed Balances

If a 7770pub account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, 7770pub may apply a monthly inactivity fee to the account balance, as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Any remaining balance is still withdrawable upon account reactivation and completion of re-verification if required.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 7770pub platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published in the platform's help and rules sections. The following general betting rules apply across all 7770pub game categories:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the 7770pub system and a bet reference number has been issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — 7770pub reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Termination

7770pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• 7770pub has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft in connection with the account.
• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution in respect of a deposit made to 7770pub.
• A player requests account closure or self-exclusion.
• 7770pub is required to do so under applicable law, regulation, or by direction of a competent authority.

In the event of account suspension for cause, 7770pub will conduct an investigation and notify the affected player via their registered email address. Where a player is found not to have breached these Terms, any suspended balance will be reinstated upon account reactivation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance held at the time of suspension may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 7770pub account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 7770pub will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending bets have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion are processed on a priority basis.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7770pub platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, platform design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of 7770pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 7770pub intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7770pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7770pub's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7770pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from or in connection with your use of the 7770pub platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not 7770pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7770pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or omission. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 7770pub will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

14 Privacy

Your use of the 7770pub platform is also governed by the 7770pub Privacy Policy, which describes how 7770pub collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 15 Amendments to These Terms

7770pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or via a notice posted on the 7770pub platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.
